Junction understands each Jewish community on a micro level, thus knows best how to help young people from all over Europe to learn, grow, and thrive.

We are here to inspire Jewish young people to create engagement. Our long-term mission is to help Jewish young adults in Europe realize their ideas for Jewish life and community.

Young Jewish adults in Europe participate fully in
Jewish community. They are involved in
European Jewish life.Young Jewish adults are change makers in
European Jewish communities. They create and
foster Jewish life. They play a key role in ensuring a
relevant and ever-evolving Jewish present and
future for European and global Jewry.
European Jewish communities integrate and work
with young adults in a shared commitment to a
Jewish future

What we do

Junction invests in young Jews who are creating projects
that foster and innovate Jewish life. Financial input comes with
guidance +activist skills training that orients recipients toward
project sustainability and their own next steps.

Junction maintains regular contact with Jewish communities
across Europe. It shares expertise rework with young adults,
facilitates connections and helps communities balance their
priorities to include young adults

Junction helps Jewish young adult organizations create
educational and networking opportunities. Such efforts
improve the quality of young adult programming +
raises young adults’ awareness of Junction as a resource

Junction trains proven young adult activists as “multipliers”
who share their experiences and mentor peers throughout
the year. Junction Annual is a yearly showcase for
projects, which models best practices + motivates likeminded
young Jewish adults from different backgrounds.
