March 17-19, Milan
A diverse gathering of young professionals from across Europe who are interested in building and growing Jewish life internationally.
Junction has been a provider of opportunities for young Jews to consume high quality Jewish and professional content. As Junction evolves we want to ensure that it is responsive to the needs of the international community. Junction needs the input of dynamic individuals to strengthen programming and help those individuals create a Jewish community in their own image. A Junction maker is part of the young generation of talented doers who are invested in the Jewish future and who need and crave a platform for envisioning and creating dynamic Jewish life. Junction Makers will function like an advisory gathering for the 2017-2018 programming year.
We are looking for a small group ages 20-35 from all over Europe. A Junction Maker does not have to be a Junction alumnus, but should be involved in other Jewish projects internationally and be interested in global Jewish life. Are you or someone you know a big picture thinker who understands the importance of global Jewish connection? Nominate someone you think fits this description!
All expenses will be covered by Junction. This includes 2 meals Friday and Sunday and 3 meals on Saturday as well as hotel accommodation and programming expenses. You will only be responsible for transportation to and from Milan (travel subsidies up to 50 Euros will be provided upon request). If you are selected as a Junction Maker we encourage a 50 Euro contribution that will go towards a Jewish cause that the Makers decide on. Please plan to arrive to the hotel by 13:00 on Friday (March 17th) and leave on Sunday (19th) after 12:00.
Application open till 5th of March 2017
